We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Branch Manager to lead our Mirpurkhas Branch, drive business growth, and ensure portfolio quality in a dynamic growing microfinance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall branch & business performance.
• Drive deposit mobilization and lending growth.
• Manage portfolio quality and recovery performance.
• Supervise and develop branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 07 years of relevant microfinance/banking experience.
