Job Description
This role will be responsible in leading branch operations, drive sales and after-sales performance, develop team capabilities, and ensure compliance with principal standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving the branch's KPIs, including sales and after-sales service targets established by the company.
- Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Branch
- Capable of developing the competencies of branch personnel across Sales, After-Sales Service, Administration, and Finance.
- Responsible for ensuring the branch complies with the Brand Principal's operational standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager at a Commercial Vehicle Dealership with an Electric vehicle (EV) product lineup.
