Job Description
To lead and manage all branch operations to achieve sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Branch Manager is responsible for driving equipment sales, aftermarket business, service delivery, inventory management, staff performance, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following functions:
Achieve branch sales targets for new equipment, parts, and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers. Identify new market opportunities and expand market share. Oversee daily branch activities and ensure operational efficiency. Prepare and manage branch budgets. Recruit, train, and develop branch employees.
