About the role

Reporting to the ARC Metalcentre Manager and based at our Dubbo branch, you will lead a small team and drive revenue growth, customer retention and market share while delivering strong operational, safety and financial performance. You will set clear safety standards with a focus on compliance, while building team capability through effective people management and problem-solving.
