Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Cebu Magallanes Branch under the Retail Banking Group – Sales & Distribution.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily branch operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security
- Drive branch growth through deposits, loans, and customer relationships
- Lead and inspire Relationship Managers and Operations staff
- Achieve sales goals through new business, referrals, and retention
- Champion customer service excellence and cross-sell banking products
- Represent the bank in the Iloilo community to expand visibility and opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience as a Branch/Business Center Manager in commercial or universal banking
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, and account management
