To spearhead CS, operations and sales. Oversee the team

keeping them motivated and engaged in their work for them to achieve their KPIs.

Keeping track of their everyday activity. To get engaged wherever necessary to resolve escalations. Maintaining good rapport with the branch clients, carriers , CHAs To follow up and liaison with head office to comply with statutory requirements To keep track of the no of files handled per month To ensure that the team is turning over all the required documents and shipment details to the head office team for prompt monthly job closures To already possess a client base and lead base to be able to convert and onboard as new clients to the branch upon joining, increasing branch client base margin and revenue. To be able to conduct reviews with the clients. To coordinate with the fellow other branch heads to generate more revenue for the Bangalore branch.
