BRANCH FINANCIAL MANAGER

Full-time Accounting / Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the day-to-day financial management and accounting function of the dealership. Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. Manage cash flow, budgeting and financial controls. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and company reporting requirements. Partner with operational management to analyse vehicle, parts and service performance and improve profitability. Monitor inventory, margins and departmental financial performance. Maintain and strengthen internal control processes across all departments. Lead, mentor and develop the finance and administration team. Support the Group Financial Manager with financial analysis, reporting and strategic initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field will be advantageous. 25 years' financial management experience, preferably within the automotive retail industry.
