Summary The Office of Investor Education and Assistance is seeking a Supervisory Attorney Adviser (Branch Chief). As a Branch Chief, you will supervise the investor assistance attorneys and specialists who respond to questions and complaints from individual investors relating to a variety of investment related matters, including securities regulation, SEC operations and regulated entities. Responsibilities In this role as a Branch Chief - Investor Assistance Branch, you will be responsible for: Managing, assigning, and coordinating the work of assistance team attorneys and specialists who evaluate, triage, and respond to investor complaints and inquiries. Setting priorities and preparing schedules for, and coordinating, completion of work for your Branch. Reviewing and approving correspondence drafted by members of your Branch addressed to investors, regulated SEC entities, and other SEC offices.
