Job Summary
Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations, educating customers to the correct channel (eChannels and Self‑Service) while adhering to policy and process.
As a Branch Advisor at FNB Points of Presence, you will be responsible for providing compliant, professional financial advice and for walking in existing clients within a high‑volume service branch environment. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering appropriate product solutions, and ensuring ongoing client relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA legislation and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
