About The Role
IZI South Africa (PTY) LTD, a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a vacancy for a Branch Administrator based at our operations in Pinetown, reporting to the Branch and Financial Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Responsible for all admin functions within the branch
- Building / Office management
- Stationery / Equipment ordering
- Travel / Meeting arrangements
- Petty cash Management
- Follow up on order and delivery of stock, stationery, equipment, etc
- Monthly reports
- Revenue Checks
- Monthly reports
- Reconciliations of general ledger accounts
- Journal entries
- Control / Oversee all creditors, debtors, transport, stock, fixed assets, cash processing, incoming and outgoing mail/ courier services
