About The Role

IZI South Africa (PTY) LTD, a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a vacancy for a Branch Administrator based at our operations in Pinetown, reporting to the Branch and Financial Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Responsible for all admin functions within the branch
  • Building / Office management
  • Stationery / Equipment ordering
  • Travel / Meeting arrangements
  • Petty cash Management
  • Follow up on order and delivery of stock, stationery, equipment, etc
  • Monthly reports
  • Revenue Checks
  • Monthly reports
  • Reconciliations of general ledger accounts
  • Journal entries
  • Control / Oversee all creditors, debtors, transport, stock, fixed assets, cash processing, incoming and outgoing mail/ courier services
