Hiring: Team Leader (TL) – NPS Calling OperationsWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to manage end-to-end operations for our NPS (Net Promoter Score) Call Centre process. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Manage team attendance, on-time login, and monitor system/VPN compliance before issuing authenticator codes. Work Allocation: Review Power BI reports daily to identify and allocate Focus/Priority Dealers to telecallers. Performance Tracking: Real-time monitoring of Dials, Connected Calls, Contact %, and Productivity via screen sharing. Client Coordination: Handle client WhatsApp groups, manage customer complaints, and share requested call recordings within 10 minutes. Quality & Audits: Conduct a minimum of 5 live call audits daily, provide coaching to low performers, and train new joiners.
