Job Description

THE JOB

The Box Office Attendant provides assistance to customer ticketing needs and provides high-quality service to meet customer service standards at Ticketmaster’s Box Offices, Outlets and Events.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To serve customers at Ticketmaster locations in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner in order to support customer demands
  • To provide information, answer questions and transact ticket purchases via credit cards, cash, EFT or cheque payments.
  • To consult with the Ticketing Operations Manager or Admin Manager when required with the goal of providing the highest possible standard of customer service
  • To keep abreast of current and upcoming events on the Ticketmaster network and to ask questions when there are particular details that are not understood
