YOUR MISSION
Assist the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day store operations. In line with Company policies and Store Management guidelines, ensure efficient operations management for staffing issues, planning shifts or rotas, and customer issues or complaints to improve customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
