Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our growing accounting team! If you're experienced in managing multiple client accounts and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Manage bookkeeping for multiple client accounts.
- Categorize and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books using QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Manage vendor invoices through Bill.com.
- Prepare organized workpapers and support month-end close activities.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve outstanding items proactively.
- Collaborate with accountants and bookkeeping team members.
- Help improve and document bookkeeping processes and SOPs.
