MSA Outsourcing Solutions is urgently looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join one of our UK based clients. The ideal candidate will manage accounting records, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support various bookkeeping functions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and transaction processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple client accounts.
• Manage and maintain accounts payable, including processing supplier invoices and preparing payables reports.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist with VAT preparation and reporting in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Support basic credit control, including monitoring outstanding receivables and following up where necessary.
