Job Description
Bookkeeper
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for our team in North York, Ontario.
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer payments, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and applying payments.
- Ensuring no errors in invoices.
- Preparing mid‑month and end‑of‑month reports.
- Working with US companies and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Secondary high school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience preparing reports and documents for executive committees.
- Strong customer service skills.
Compensation: CA$75,000.00 yearly (Full‑time).
