Robert Half is partnering with a growing and owner managed business looking to hire a Full charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a full-time/permanent role on site.

Responsibilities:
-Process and manage a high volume of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
-Prepare T4s and Records of Employment (ROEs).
-Complete HST remittances accurately and on time.
-Review and verify invoice accuracy and validity.
-Enter vendor bills and coordinate payments to suppliers.
-Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding issues.
-Prepare bank deposits and cheques for authorization and signature.
