About the Role
Virtual Construct is hiring a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the Financial Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations for U.S.-based construction clients. This role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and operational accounting in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Maintain daily bookkeeping records (GL, AP, AR) ā¢ Process vendor bills, customer invoices, and payments ā¢ Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
ā¢ Assist with month-end close and supporting schedules
ā¢ Support job cost tracking, WIP schedules, and expense allocation
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records
ā¢ Assist with payroll inputs and expense reimbursements
