Job Description
Are you experienced in managing bookkeeping for multiple clients? Join our growing accounting team and work with international businesses in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
- Manage bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
- Process AP/AR and perform bank & credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate books using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Process vendor invoices through Bill.com
- Prepare month-end workpapers and support close activities
- Work closely with accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience supporting multiple clients
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience (required)
- Experience with Xero, Bill.com, and QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
