About the Role
Full-cycle bookkeeping for Karnot Energy Solutions Inc. Includes monthly BIR filings, payroll, supplier and customer ledgers, project cost tracking, and clean monthly accounts presented to the Finance Manager and CEO. This role owns the accounts payable and receivable ledgers, reconciles bank accounts across entities, prepares monthly management accounts, handles BIR online filings (VAT, expanded withholding tax, and ITR), supports payroll processing with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag‑IBIG remittances, and tracks project costs by installation—critical for a business with discrete revenue and cost centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger for Karnot Energy Solutions Inc. (PH entity) in QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent cloud accounting software
- Process accounts payable (supplier invoices, purchase orders) and accounts receivable (client invoicing, collections)
