Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Bookkeeper for a short-term project focused on QuickBooks cleanup. This role will support the review, reconciliation, and organization of financial records to help ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Review and clean up QuickBooks records
+ Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
+ Identify and correct discrepancies, duplicates, and miscoded transactions
+ Organize chart of accounts and historical entries
+ Assist with account adjustments and journal entries as needed
+ Help ensure financial data is accurate and audit-ready
+ Collaborate with internal staff to clarify prior bookkeeping entries
