About the Role
Virtual Construct is hiring a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the Financial Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations for U. S.-based construction clients. This role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and operational accounting in compliance with U. S. GAAP.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily bookkeeping records (GL, AP, AR) • Process vendor bills, customer invoices, and payments • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close and supporting schedules
• Support job cost tracking, WIP schedules, and expense allocation
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records
