- Schedule : Night Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain original entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO) with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations in QBO
- Prepare journal entries in QBO and perform account reconciliations in Excel
- Utilize Customer, Class, and reporting features in QBO
- Gather and organize data to support bookkeeping functions
- Identify and communicate obstacles in a timely manner
- Assist directors with data projects as needed
