We are a fast-growing, venture-backed startup seeking a skilled and hands‑on Bookkeeper to lead our accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and scale systems to support our rapid growth. This role requires deep expertise in inventory accounting, strong command of QuickBooks and Fishbowl, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close processes, audits, and financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Maintain accurate general ledger, account reconciliations, and cash flow tracking
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll, and fixed asset accounting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Partner with leadership on KPI tracking and building reliable financial dashboards
• Play a key role in integrating financial operations during M&A; activities
