Bank Feed Management

• Regularly monitor bank feeds for accuracy and functionality.
• Promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Update bank feeds to ensure seamless data flow.

Transaction Posting

• Accurately post financial transactions using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Xero accounting software.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date financial records.
• Conduct regular reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Accrual Spreadsheets

• Update accrual spreadsheets to reflect current financial information by reviewing the balance sheet on a monthly basis.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of accrued expenses.
