Exactly Accountancy, a fast‑growing international accountancy firm based in Altea, is looking for a motivated and experienced Administrative Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and accounting for individuals, freelancers (autónomos) and companies (SL)
- Processing invoices, expenses and financial documentation
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries
- Assisting clients with basic questions and coordinating with the relevant department
- Providing accounting support to clients
- Responding to client inquiries in a clear and professional manner
