Job Overview

Our client, a leading HR & Labour Law consultancy , is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper / Admin assistant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting functions, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bookkeeping functions including cashbook, journals, and reconciliations
  • Perform insurance schedule reconciliations
  • Assist with invoicing and ensure accuracy against sales reports
  • Support debtor and creditor functions
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger, bank, and supplier accounts
  • Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Prepare creditor payments for Finance Manager approval
