About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Booking & Order Handling Operator to join our busy team.

This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, managing bookings, and providing excellent service through both inbound and outbound telephone contact. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail and thrive on delivering a great customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Although this is primarily a remote position, all new starters will complete an onsite training programme until fully competent in the role. Following this, you’ll work remotely, with Wednesdays remaining a mandatory office day to support collaboration, team meetings and ongoing development....
