Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Golf Facility Assistants to help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for the Hamilton community at our facility. This role includes collecting and cleaning golf balls, maintaining the practice areas, and supporting daily facility operations. Pay for Summer Employment is based on the current , with hourly rates of $16.00, $16.25 and $16.50 available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect golf balls from the driving range using the ball picker/range cart

  • Wash, sort, and refill golf balls in dispensing machine

  • Keep the driving range, tee areas, and surrounding grounds clean and organized

  • Ensure safety procedures are followed while operating equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
