We are seeking a hands-on, energetic BCBA who loves being involved in direct client care. Our ideal candidate is passionate about coaching and developing BTs while maintaining active involvement in client sessions. This role offers a blend of clinic and school-based work, with manageable caseloads that allow for quality care and work-life balance.

Our BCBAs typically spend time directly supporting BTs, creating a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, hands-on ABA therapy and support to clients
- Actively coach and develop Behavior Technicians through regular engagement
