Job Summary:
Best Ever ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team of dedicated professionals committed to transforming the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized behavior therapy plans, mentoring and supervising BCaBAs and RBTs, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and challenge, and develop targeted interventions
Mentor and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care and outcomes
