Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In‐Person Salary: $94,500–$110,000 + bonus opportunities Schedule: Full‐time (30+ hrs), Part‐time, or Contract also available Model: In‐person clinical care (clinic & home‐based) Caseloads: Intentionally managed and reviewed based on client needs and therapist skill level Support: Strong leadership presence, in‐person supervision, and hands‐on RBT collaboration Admin Time: Built into workload expectations Scheduling: Predictable, stable schedules with clinician input Skills and Qualifications Master's degree in ABA or related field BCBA certification from BACB Maryland Licensure Minimum 1 year of experience with children with ASD Solid understanding of ABA principles and interventions Effective communication and people skills Skilled in prioritizing tasks within a supportive, low‐stress setting At Behavioral & Educational Solutions, PC, we believe your professional growth and personal well‐being are essential.
