Handling and managing incoming requests (mail/telephone)
Managing incoming enquiries and preparing proposals
Updating event details in our systems
Supporting security-related processes such as Guest list coordination, Certificate requests, Setup coordination, documentation and monthly planning
Supplier coordination
Assisting with event setup activities (especially afternoon setups)
Providing hands-on on-site support during events
Provide ad hoc support to the events team in their daily work
What You Bring
You are studying Events management, Marketing, Communication or specific training in Event Organization and you have availability for the afternoons (from 14 to 19h Monday to Friday)
Ability to work in a dynamic and global environment with excellent organizational and communication skills
