Job Description
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects that focus on implementing Contract Logistics systems and integrating them with customers and carriers. This role also includes managing product development and solution enhancements. It involves overseeing both individual projects and broader programs, especially those with high-demand customers, product roadmaps, and multiple change requests delivered through scheduled releases.
The IT Project Manager leads the IT work stream, coordinates activities across internal and external teams, and serves as the central point of communication for progress, issues, risks, quality and budget control.
The required candidate will possess advanced technical experience, predominantly focused on Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher and display a high level of customer service skills and operational understanding.
