Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. Based on these analyses, you will formulate and present your recommendations to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Blue Yonder WMS across client environments
- Gather and document business requirements; map them to system functionality
- Lead or support workshops, solution design sessions, and testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
- Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues during and after deployment
- Provide go-live and post-implementation support
- Train client end users and super users
- Collaborate with technical, integration, and project management teams
