Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Blue Collar Training Technician to collaborate in the design of learning programs for operators, supporting the organization’s strategic objectives at the Gigafactory in Zaragoza, Spain.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operators’ training and certifications.
- Support the implementation of the production training system.
- Organize and complete the certification process for operators in the production department.
- Support operators’ promotion processes.
Qualifications
- Intermediate level vocational training.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Chinese culture and language would be highly valued.
- At least 1 year of experience in a training department.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and active communication skills.
- Required on-site working availability at our offices in Zaragoza.
