Global Technology Scouting & Supplier Development Manager

The Global Technology Scouting & Supplier Development Manager is responsible for identifying emerging technologies and building a capable global supplier ecosystem to support current and future product strategies. The role bridges technology innovation, engineering, and supply chain to enable cost‑competitive, scalable, and high‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, set up, and execute supplier performance management.
• Perform a yearly review of strategic equipment suppliers within BA UX globally and align a dedicated gap mitigation action plan.
• Support technology development and validation of innovative manufacturing technologies at supplier sites.
• Support alignment of sourcing release for new equipment and special process suppliers.
