Reporting To

Supervisor, Mine Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Promote and consistently implement company safety policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate shift records.
• Perform work area housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a safe work area free of hazards.
• Perform Field Level Risk Assessments.
• Complete proper pre‑op inspection on all equipment.
• Properly place barricades delimiting the blast site.
• Operate all equipment within the drill and blast patterns safely.
• Any other duties as assigned by the department.
