A position has become available within the IMAC Team – Branding and Installs for a Technician to be based in Thurrock. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours over 5 days a week.
As a BIT Technician you will be expected to install and uplift all variants of lobby ATMs in line with SOPs and weekly updated schedules. You will also be preparing / staging your own ATMs by way of loading full software, refurbishing, configuring, testing and re-branding of uplifted ATM’s, so that they are ready to redeploy.
As well as attending installs and uplifts for machines you will be responsible for maintaining and installing bespoke ATM branding on the estate of ATMs across the UK.
The right candidate will need to communicate effectively with various internal departments, this is a customer facing role, so excellent customer service skills will be required.
