We are looking for a Researcher in Fermentation Technologies.

Main Functions

• Execution of research projects in waste and sub-product valorization, and research studies with fermentation processes (solid-state and liquid fermentation).
• Obtaining aromas through fermentation.
• Obtaining active compounds, extraction technologies, and active compound conversion technologies.
• Performing laboratory analysis: chemical and instrumental analysis (HPLC, N KJELDAHL, GEL ELECTROPHORESIS, etc.).
• Implementation of new analytical methods and laboratory equipment.
• Interpretation of results and writing technical reports.
• Presenting technical results in meetings with clients.
• Preparing national and international R&D&I project proposals.

Requirements & Expectations

• Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
