Summary Help restore and protect America's wildlife habitats. Lead volunteer habitat restoration projects that conserve fish, wildlife, and their habitats on U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service lands. Coordinate volunteers and partners while supporting habitat restoration, wildlife surveys, biological monitoring, and resource management projects. Use field and GIS technology to collect data and help conserve America's natural resources through hands-on stewardship and public engagement. Responsibilities This position is located within the Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 1, Midway Atoll, Midway. The major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Lead volunteer habitat restoration projects that improve fish and wildlife habitats on public lands.
