Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Technician to join our MEP department in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models for various projects. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.



Key responsibilities

• Development of 3D models as a Revit user for engineering projects, covering mechanical, electrical, and fire protection disciplines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient model integration.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within BIM models.
• Integrate 3D models from different disciplines.
