Job Title: BIM SpoolerJob Description
As a BIM Spooler, you will translate design intent contract documents or 3D design models of Plumbing, Mechanical, and HVAC systems into detailed Building Information Models (BIM) using fabrication modeling software. You will collaborate with engineers, managers, and subcontractors to produce LOD400 BIM for mechanical and plumbing systems, ensuring the spatial coordination of all trades.
Responsibilities
+ Work with engineers and managers to produce LOD400 BIM for mechanical and plumbing systems.
+ Collaborate with the General Contractor and other subcontractors to achieve spatial coordination of all trades.
+ Attend weekly coordination meetings, either onsite or virtually, to achieve spatial coordination of all trades.
