Qualifications Draughting / Modelling Qualification from a recognised institution (Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field). Strong proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Auto CAD, and Navisworks. Experience in 3 D modelling, drafting, and detailing for construction projects. Familiarity with ISO 19650 principles, BEP requirements, and data exchange formats (IFC, COBie). Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow project standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate 3 D models based on design and construction requirements.
