Job Description

AECOM is seeking a BIM Manager – Data Centers based in one of AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities offices in Durban, Cape Town or Pretoria/Centurion, South Africa. The role supports a local South African team and Global teams, offering a hybrid work schedule that includes both office and remote work opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities BIM Implementation Strategy – develop BIM Implementation strategy & deliver complex international projects. CDE Management – establish & administer the CDE & support efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects. Project Management – coordinate BIM execution & project delivery with project leadership. BIM Execution – create & maintain the project’s industry framework docs: BEP, MIDP, MPDT, appendices etc. Technical Support – establish data‑integrated workflows for buildings/Data Center projects & provide support, guidance & training to project teams.
