Role: BIM Lead- MEP Experience Required: 5+ Years Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Lead with extensive experience in ScantoBIM workflows, capable of delivering MEP models from LOD 300 to 500. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laser scanning processes, point cloud management, discipline coordination, and quality assurance for highaccuracy asbuilt models. This role involves leading BIM teams, setting modelling standards, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and qualitydriven project deliveries. Key Responsibilities 1. Scan-to-BIM Project Delivery Lead point cloud data interpretation, segmentation, and conversion into accurate BIM models. Develop Architecture and MEP BIM models across LOD 300, 350, 400, and 500, adhering to project requirements.
