This role involves leading BIM strategy and coordination for Mercury’s Data Centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM Management & Coordination: Lead BIM strategy and execution aligned with the Data Centre project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Lead and direct BIM meetings; oversee sub‑contractor BIM delivery.
• Coordinate and maintain Revit models across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage model integration and clash coordination using Navisworks.
• Federate and publish the federated model to the shared EDM platform.
• Monitor model health, compliance and performance to keep models production‑ready.
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Administration: set up, manage and maintain ACC project environments (Docs, Design Collaboration, Build).
• Establish folder structures, permissions, workflows and version‑control processes in ACC.
