Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated BIM Lead to lead the BIM implementation and coordination for a landmark project. The successful candidate will oversee BIM workflows, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure model quality, and drive digital collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Leadership
- Lead and supervise the BIM team, including BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers.
- Establish and implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across the project.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the BIM team.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project and client requirements.
BIM Coordination
- Coordinate BIM activities across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
