- Able to train BIM modeller and drafters in company BIM standards.
- Able to setup & monitor modelling environment.
- Able to manage model schedule based on site schedule and must be aligned on the critical path of the project.
- Able to monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions.
- Able to conduct QAQC to the BIM models.
- Able to manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule.
- Able to work closely with project team on relevant issues regarding site progress.
- Able to establish and monitor clashes with project team and in ICE sessions.
- Able to execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
- Able to execute simulations for 4D & 5D.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Building
- Min 3 years experience in related field for this position
