About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven BIM Coordinator with an architectural background to join our growing digital delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring model quality, interdisciplinary coordination, and full compliance with project and authority BIM requirements - particularly on Land Transport Authority (LTA) and major civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the federated BIM model across architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and systems disciplines throughout all project stages.
Conduct regular clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination reviews using BIM platforms, identifying, logging, and driving resolution of model conflicts.
